Buyers must sign the NDA before they can browse documents. Admins skip the NDA gate and can manage users, NDAs, and view access logs.

NDA template

Upload a PDF, give it a version label (for example v1 or 2026-05), then publish. Publishing makes new buyers and any buyer on an older version re-accept it.
